REFERRING DOCTORS

Our faculty dentists work in support of community dentists and doctors. We work in unison with referring providers to help patients achieve the best possible outcomes. Patients who visit our practice for specialized care will be recommended to follow up and continue care with the referring provider. Our online portal will be available soon, but in the meantime, you can either print out the referral form and give the patient a copy to schedule with our office or you can email the information to us directly with the links provided below.
